Information

Here's some need-to-know information regarding this camp

Preregistration: $15
Registering online before June 14th will ensure applicants only pay a $15 fee
Day-Of Registration: $20
Registering in-person on June 17th will result in applicants paying a $20 fee

By signing your child up for this camp, they will be expected to attend all events during the two weeks of camp
  • All events will be held at Grace Church of the Nazarene, located at 2620 Pennington Bend Rd, Nashville.
  • Times for all activities are nonnegotiable. All athletes will be expected to be at the event site before an event is expected to start. Parents should aim to have their child dropped of 10-15 minutes prior to the start of activities. Should a child be late, they will have extra conditioning to complete after or during practice.
  • Meals will not be provided during any days other than June 17th.  Please try to have your child eat before they come, preferably an hour or two before.
  • Water will be provided for all athletes at the camp. We will have water breaks frequently enough to accommodate the hot weather.
  • All events will be held in light to moderate rain. Events will not take place if there are thunderstorms or other inclement weather. If parents are unsure about whether practice will still held due to uncertain weather, please consult the home page for updates.
  • Extended playing time and starting positions will not be guaranteed to each child. While everyone will get a chance to play in games and scrimmages, the amount of playing time given to each child will be directly proportional to how hard each kid works. Coaches will do their best to rotate players so that everyone plays at some point. Playing time in general will depend on how many children are on each team. With all that said, coaches will not purposely deny any child play time. The goal of this camp is to make the kids better football players and help them succeed both on and off the field.
Parents will be required to:
  • Provide Transportation to and from practices and games
  • Complete online registration for their child before the deadline
  • Fill out waiver forms and any extra registration forms on June 17th
Students will be required to:
  • Wear proper athletic attire (Cleats, Shorts, and a short-sleeve shirt)
  • Come to camp with a cheerful attitude and a good work ethic
  • Be willing to listen to all coaches and assistant personnel
  • Try their hardest at every part of the camp

IMPORTANT
Parents we implore you to act responsibly during any activity during this camp. While parents are allowed to observe practices, we ask that you will not distract your child or argue with any coach/assistant. We encourage parents to attend the tournament games specifically, but the same conditions still apply. We ask that you only cheer on the athletes and do not berate any member of either team, including coaches and officials. If your child gets a penalty, please respect the referee's call.
Failure to act accordingly may result in your child losing playing time and will disrupt the environment at the game
